These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rg99 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Important principles from the rg99 Terms at a glance
rg99 is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. Age is verified during KYC. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any funds returned to the payment source.
Each player may hold only one rg99 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts are forfeited and account balances may be confiscated pending investigation.
All deposits must be made from payment methods owned by and registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. rg99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of payment ownership before processing withdrawals.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in full in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separately in the rg99 wallet.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rg99 login credentials. rg99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder shared or inadequately protected their password.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations. Any dispute arising in connection with your rg99 account shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in clause 14 of these Terms.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register and use rg99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
2.2 rg99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be verified to rg99's satisfaction.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) rg99 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. rg99 relies on the information provided to operate your Account, process payments, and comply with regulatory obligations. You must promptly notify rg99 of any changes to your registered details.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rg99 login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. rg99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 Full Account functionality — including the ability to deposit and withdraw — is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. rg99 may request: a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport); proof of address; and/or proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 rg99 accepts deposits via payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and bank transfers via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other supported banks). The available payment methods may change from time to time without notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in your Account settings.
4.3 All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method not registered to the account holder — are prohibited. rg99 may reverse such deposits and require documentary verification of payment ownership before processing any related withdrawals.
4.4 rg99 does not charge deposit fees. Processing fees imposed by your payment provider (if any) are your responsibility.
4.5 Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. rg99 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any deposit pending completion of such checks without incurring liability.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. rg99 may require you to withdraw via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. rg99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 rg99 targets withdrawal processing times of 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within two (2) hours for FPX bank transfers, measured from the time of approval. These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Processing may be delayed pending KYC verification, AML checks, or technical issues beyond rg99's reasonable control.
5.4 rg99 does not charge withdrawal fees on winnings. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside rg99's control and are the Member's responsibility.
5.5 Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rg99 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus-derived winnings. These terms are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
6.3 rg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering progress will ordinarily not be removed, but rg99 reserves the right to do so in cases of suspected abuse.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk bet strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.1 All games on rg99 are provided by third-party certified game studios. The rules applicable to each game are defined by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction during gameplay, the game provider's records shall be considered the authoritative record of the outcome.
7.2 rg99 is not responsible for game outcomes. All casino game results are generated by certified RNG systems or by live human dealers operating under international gaming authority oversight. rg99 has no ability to alter game outcomes.
7.3 Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where expressly provided for in the specific game rules (e.g., certain sportsbook bet types prior to market suspension).
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Member must notify rg99 support within 48 hours of the disputed event. rg99 will request the relevant game log from the provider for review. The provider's records are the authoritative reference for dispute resolution.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rg99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

10.1 All content on the rg99 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software code, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the property of rg99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any rg99 content without express written consent.
11.1 rg99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rg99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, availability, or freedom from errors.
11.2 rg99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions caused by events outside rg99's reasonable control.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rg99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
12.1 rg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where rg99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where rg99 is required to do so for regulatory or compliance reasons.
12.2 Upon suspension or closure for breach of these Terms, rg99 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
12.3 Members may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to rg99 support via live chat or email. Any remaining real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period following account closure.
13.1 rg99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendments are material, rg99 will endeavour to notify Members via the email address registered to their Account or via a notice displayed upon login, at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.
13.2 Continued use of the rg99 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the licensing jurisdiction under which rg99 operates.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and rg99, you should first contact rg99 support via live chat and attempt to resolve the matter informally. rg99 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process prescribed by rg99's licensing authority. The decision of the appointed adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
